"Will there be war in Iraq? Wrong question.
There has been war against the people of Iraq since 1991.
This war never stopped;
it is a war fought by the "civilized" world
with gentle, civilized weapons such as malnutrition,
water contamination, prevention of medical services, etc.
The better question is:
will the war in Iraq be escalated to a ground invasion? "
