"They have loaded the commission with work
unrelated to the reasons the public
(and Congress) sought the inquiry.
Finally, they have created a study
that will be reported only to the president
(and vice president),
so unless Bush decides to disclose its work,
no one will ever know what was,
or was not, done by this commission.
